I have a Class A motorhome and the house battery bank was losing voltage slowly over 48 hours. The batteries didn't appear to be holding power or charging completely. I'm a senior, but fairly tech savvy, and even so it was intimidating. AI gave me the exact settings, walked me through how to change them, how to save them, what to double check, and even suggested what might have caused the unit to revert to factory defaults.
The result
Our rig's inverter has never worked better. Our lithium batteries are now holding at 13.4 volts, steady and unwavering. We'd had certified RV techs look for power draws and leaks because I insisted "something" wasn't right. Over a year, and they had no answers. AI fixed it in under 15 minutes with no judgment, just possible solutions and questions to zero in on the correct one. Impressed I am!
