How to report an error
Send an email to techpresso@dupple.com with:
- the URL of the AI Academy page;
- the sentence or number you believe is wrong;
- if you have it, a link to the vendor’s own page (pricing page, documentation or changelog) that shows the correct fact.
Vendors disputing a fact about their product should include that link: it is the only kind of source we can use. See the editorial policy for the full sourcing rules.
What happens next
- We open the vendor’s own page and compare it with what AI Academy says.
- If our page is wrong or out of date, we fix the page itself and check the other AI Academy pages that repeat the same fact.
- If the vendor’s page supports what we wrote, the page stays as it is.
- Substantive corrections are added to the log below with the date and what changed.
What a correction is not
A correction fixes a fact. It does not change a verdict because a vendor would prefer a different one, and it cannot be bought. Opinions in a review or a comparison, such as who a plan is worth it for, change only when the facts behind them change. How we rate explains how verdicts are reached.
